This Friday, October 10, at 2:00 p.m., local leaders, developers, alumni, and future residents will gather to officially break ground on the Nittany Residence Club, a nine-story luxury condominium-hotel just one block from Penn State’s campus.
Designed for Penn Staters by Penn Staters, the Nittany Residence Club has already sold over one-third of its 70 upscale units—two years before its expected opening in Fall 2027. Located at the gateway to downtown, the project offers more than real estate; it provides a home base for generations of alumni, families, and investors seeking lifestyle, legacy, and low-maintenance ownership.
Why It Matters
“This is about more than real estate. Fellow owners Josh and Hailey Fishbaine shared a similar sentiment. “State College is a special place to me,” Josh said. “Now, as an adult with children, I want to bring them back to experience Penn State.
